Helpful staff.

In booking, there was no mention of stairs. The room was unclean and smelt. There were no facilities, no refrigeration, no toiletries.

Bathroom tube was liking water and making the floor completely wet. The bathroom door was broken.

The front desk staff has everything you need. They offer a lot of accommodation for tourists which was great help.

Did take us 5 minutes of finding our way there since its in an alleyway but this is a small thing.

Very friendly staff. My room was huge and so was the bathroom. Big bed and bis terrace with pool view. I had a really great stay! Would come again.

My husband likes the design of building. The room is quite big. Also the bath room. Nice swimming pool and the service is excellent. Yummy breakfast.

The swimming pool is nice!!

The staff is friendly and approachable. I requested them to prepare for a birthday celebration, and they prepared it for us at a reasonable price, thank you to the team. The bed is comfy and they provide extra pillow. The view outside the room is awesome. The breakfast is so delicious though just a simple breakfast.

The pillow is a bit old and needs to be changed to a new one. The toilet looks a bit old-fashioned and needs to be upgraded. Not toiletries provided only shampoo and body soap supplied. It's located at the end of the alley and the car was unable to drive in and we needed to carry our luggage in.
