    Exceptional! Beautiful gardens, great location, attentive staff. We would definitely come again!
    The gardens at this property are very special. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and filling. A floating breakfast was available upon request. The staff were very attentive and eager to help. Spa services were a very good value for the money. We had a Balinese flower bath and flower bed done (for a small extra charge) by the spa staff to celebrate a birthday and it made it extra special. This hotel was walking distance to the Ubud palace and the art market. When visiting we highly recommend eating at sun sun Warung which is a short walk away. Also we recommend the fire dance which happens on Sundays and Tuesdays. That performance has been one of the highlights of our Ubud visit. Tickets are available at the hotel front desk and its a very short walk to the performance venue.

    The plumbing in Ubud is not what it is back home. The tub drained very slowly.

    Convenient for walking access to central Ubud
    Room, bathroom and breakfast room were clean and fine. Drinking water dispenser in the room that gave hot, cold and room temperature water was great. Hotel is a fairly short walk from main road, shops and restaurants but nice and quiet at night. If you're a plant lover, the hotel front garden is utterly superb. Breakfast was good. Reception staff very helpful with advice on where to eat.
    Facilities were more tired than we expected from the photos, there were broken tiles on stairs to our room and banisters were wobbly and not far off giving way. Shower ran hot and cold. There was construction happening near the pool and it was quite uninviting and dark.

    Nice/ clean/ friendly villas but not for us.
    The villa room is beautiful. Very spacious with lovely furniture , bedding and magnificent views . The villa was very clean and the balcony exceptional with lovely views. Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice with good choices .
    We didn't realize there would be so many outside steps. Unfortunately as we are older it was difficult especially as it was raining a lot. nobody's fault just not ideal for an older couple. We were also given a top villa which had a great view but too many steps. The road outside was also difficult as very busy and no footpath to walk on. . We were also disappointed as work was being done near the swimming pool , which at times was noisy and also this meant for us we were not comfortable to sit near the pool. This was disappointing .

    Beautiful tropical garden with different old statues. A pool in this magic atmosphere. Good breakfast. Clean hot and cold drinking water in the room. Absolutely great communication and stuff's readiness to help and organize the stay.
    The photos of the gym did not correspond to the real gym, which was poorly equipped.

    Great stay in the perfect location!
    A cozy, small hotel with a charming garden and interesting plants. I really liked the apartments - the room is spacious with a large bathroom and a terrace. The hotel is in a very good location - in a quiet street, but there is also an active center and restaurants. The hotel also helped us arrange a scooter rental. The staff is responsive and kind. 2 nice pools. Thank you!
    The hotel is undergoing renovations and it interferes with relaxing by the pool, the hotel is a bit tired and needs some improvements in the nearest future to keep up the good level-the closet doors are difficult to close, the toilet bowl moves.
