    Too high price, why to spend Rs 10000-12000 per night in last week of December here when better class hotels are available in that price. Value wise not at par.

    Arrogant staff, fake pics and bad room conditions.
    Just the location. But ther are many properties in better conditions and location there
    Property need serious renovation. Dont be fooled by pics. We were shown facility as free airport shuttle, however Property denied to give that and mentioned it was some error. Rooms are in bad condition, They lack basic necessities, Toilets dirty, phone lines doesn't work, breakfast is very average. Pool is always short of towels and you have to keep begging them to provide. They dont change bedsheets, room service is pathetic. Please stay away from this Property. There are many better options in same budget.

    What you see is not what you really get....
    Staff : Hotel taxi driver 'Ganesh'. Receptionist ' Loren'. Restaurant staff ' Vincent'. Always greetings with a smile and resolved tasks with ease. Infrastructure: Pool was ok including rooms setup. Location: Walking distance from beach.
    Infrastructure: Around pool where water gets stagnant smells real bad and even near garbage area. These areas cannot be avoided as one has to pass through it. A lot of rooms before foreigners vacation was getting painted and instead of my request for pool facing room was only given on second day while a foreigner who arrived after us was handed fully painted room. Why? Staff: Restuarant staff greeted Foreign national with a smile Vs No greetings for Indian Nationals. I saw this quite evident in my 5 days of stay. Different rules for foreign national Vs Indians. This broke my heart. Housekeeping: They know the problems with the rooms but instead of addressing they asked more questions. For example I asked for extra bathroom floor towels due to water leakage from shower glass area but had to show him the evidence and only then he was convinced. Acknowledgement: Payment recieved was only responded post multiple reminders. Food: Pathetic. Chef did not know what he was cooking. Waiters: Oversmart. If a waiter tells me to call post dinner so that he can pick up the plates from the room instead comes early and states that I must have forgotten when my spouse was still nearing her dinner. Foreigners are allowed to drink and eat near pool but for Indians STRICTLY Prohibited. Why?

    The location was perfect ! Private access to the beach made this stay pleasant.
    Location was perfect and the private access to the beach was perfect. I was able visit the beach every evening for the sunset
    Wi-Fi was non existent. Since I was on vacation it didnt matter as much but could be a major inconvenience to most folks.

    It's disappointing and not worth the money
    Only location was good
    The hotel is not in good shape, as seen in photos. Rooms and washrooms are small, furniture is old, and zero maintenance, bedsheets and towels are not fresh. Breakfast is bland and less options. Restaurant food can be avoided as there are plenty of options just in same lane walkable distance.
