Infrastructure: Around pool where water gets stagnant smells real bad and even near garbage area. These areas cannot be avoided as one has to pass through it. A lot of rooms before foreigners vacation was getting painted and instead of my request for pool facing room was only given on second day while a foreigner who arrived after us was handed fully painted room. Why?
Staff: Restuarant staff greeted Foreign national with a smile Vs No greetings for Indian Nationals. I saw this quite evident in my 5 days of stay. Different rules for foreign national Vs Indians. This broke my heart.
Housekeeping: They know the problems with the rooms but instead of addressing they asked more questions. For example I asked for extra bathroom floor towels due to water leakage from shower glass area but had to show him the evidence and only then he was convinced.
Acknowledgement: Payment recieved was only responded post multiple reminders.
Food: Pathetic. Chef did not know what he was cooking.
Waiters: Oversmart. If a waiter tells me to call post dinner so that he can pick up the plates from the room instead comes early and states that I must have forgotten when my spouse was still nearing her dinner. Foreigners are allowed to drink and eat near pool but for Indians STRICTLY Prohibited. Why?
