Most cost-effective choice for a stay in Las Vegas
I've stayed at this hotel twice. It has very convenient location, attractive price and good facilities. Just 20-30 minutes' walk (less than 10 min if you drive) to visit Sphere, MGM, Wynn and the center of Las Vegas. There are three pools onsite. You just can't find another hotel with the same level of convenience, price and failities.
The hotel is located near the airport so it can be a bit noisy. But during nighttime there wasn't much flight and I had good sleeps. Also, the hotel furnishing is a bit old and simple, won't be able to compare with the luxury hotels.

Mom & daughter concert trip
The property looks good. It is clean and updated. Our room was big and the bed was comfortable. It was very close to where we were going to a concert.
The room could be a little more soundproof. One of the neighbors kept slamming a door early in the morning. Also we were awakened by many police sirens headed to a problem on the next block.

SO OUTDATED AND NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!
It was spacious and felt safe.
The room we got upgraded to was absolutely NOTHING like the pictures! Must have been pictures taken 20 years ago. The room we stayed in was SP OLD! The water for the shower was barely warm and it was turned all the way to HOT. We left it running for 20 min to see if it would turn warm enough to shower in, it didnt so we ended up taking cold showers. The tub was all cracked and stained. The beds were lumpy and old. I was paranoid and checked for bed bugs this room was so out dated! The carpets were stained and sticky to walk around on so we wore our shoes in the room. The coffee maker was so old, it didnt work & leaked all over. This was the grossest place Ive ever stayed in traveling with my family! The staff was friendly, yet not helpful.

Overpriced.
Good space in the room, comfortable bed, friendly staff front desk staff.
Rooms are dated, if you're on the ground floor you can hear every step of the people upstairs, not ideal in vegas with late night parties. You're on the flight path for the airport so every flight over rattles the room. The room service for some reason only made up one of the two beds we used on 2 of the three nights, leaving the other one clearly used. One of the bathroom doors needed a hard kick to get open. The TVs are large but streamed in potato quality. All for a similar price of a big hotel chain.
