Good but nothing special

Well spread out property with lots of well maintained greenery. Liked the sitout patio leading to a lawn. Sufficient parking available

The room size was below par. Twin beds are nothing but single beds Buffet spread was quite standard without anything special worth mentioning

Not good value for money

Very big territory among palm trees. So quiet. The F&B stuff was so lovely and attentive! Thanks to the team.

Absolutely unprofessional management of the hotel. There was a blasting music from the bar until 2 am and zero reaction from the stuff to that matter despite the fact that I made several complaints. Next day we had a lovely conversation with the management I got a dinner at the restaurant as a compensation for that which was very nice of them. Then upon leaving very early morning my breakfast box was not ready. However, I asked twice about it (first time to a concierge in WhatsApp and at the front desk upon the balance settlement the evening before). The manager on duty Hismai was absolutely unprofessional and made me wait extra 15 mins which made so stressful as I had my international flight. They denied money refund for the breakfast and made me wait. I expect hassle free experience at that kind of resort so why to pay extra you can stay at the guest house then. Also the housekeeping needs improvement as I put my towel on the floor in the bathroom and it turned out to be so messy

Had a relaxing family holiday

We we had stayed here before, so we are much familiar about this property. The food has drastically improved by far, we really enjoyed it.

Just that the table clearances at the buffet restaurant is not done periodically. Specially for breakfast the servers wait until the guests finish their breakfast and leave to start the table clearance. Need better supervision.

Great vacation at Alila Diwa. Will come back

We had bookedat Alila Diwa but got upgraded to the club room because of a wedding at Alila Goa. Appreciated as Club room was silent. Check in, check out, room, bathroom, housekeeping, ambience, food, restaurants esp Bistro were excellent. Staff was very welcoming, polite and always ready to help. Really enjoyed our stay. Will come back

Beach was not easily accessible. The shuttle to the beach was not comfortable.
