Lovely festive break in a great seaside guesthouse, highly recommended
Very clean and spacious room, lovely bathroom, very comfy bed. Excellent cooked breakfast with lots of choice. Everyone really friendly and kind, with a relaxed atmosphere. Very easy walk into town, in a pleasant road, with on road parking. We found a space easily (but it is off season!). Thanks for a lovely stay

Sadly, one of the worst rooms we have stayed in
Location was good room size was okay, good ensuite
Mould in two corners of the room one corner where the bedroom side cabinet is it had heavy mould . The room couldve also benefited from having a more of a duster round it to get rid of some of the cobwebs.

Breakfast the mushrooms where burnt and I was woken at 3am by a fruit fly buzzing around my head due to the tomato plants outside the room window attracting them
