Beautiful comfortable stay but check your receipt.
Everything we stay at the time.
We got charged $40 for extra person but only 2 people went with two beds. I want the refund for extra person. Unacceptable.

staff was nice and gave us 2 free drinks at the bar for my bday
thermostat as confusing, the ac wasn't good despite being on for hours, vent in the bathroom didn't work, fridge didn't keep drinks very cold, terrible view, lighting in corner was very poor for getting ready, $50 to park is outrageous when car if like 10 ft away to park, digital key added to my app didn't work, def not enough towels for 2 ppl to shower adequately, lighting on side windows sucked to take pics of "View of Buildings", ice only on opposite floors, no free breakfast, the WXYZ had very little selection of booze and made terrible drinks!

Disappointing
Poor cleanliness, the room had not been properly cleaned and prepared. The toilet was blocked and no water in the room.
The room was very basic and there wasnt a proper breakfast

This was basic accommodation though the price was double what we usually pay for a room.
Nice room near the port.
The entrance and "front desk" were not obvious. The breakfast menu was very limited so my wife could not eat at the hotel. Restaurants in the area were closed or beyond our walking capability. The room thermostat was directly across from the bed and was very bright.

Excellent stay, beautiful view of Boston, great seaport location.
I liked the band at the bar/lounge area. Bartenders were really good too.
I did not like the parking situation.

Lovely facility. Quiet, private and beautiful views out onto to seaport.
Breakfast was great but the chef was behind closed doors and signage for freshly prepared breakfast was way too high above the grab and go selections so we didnt realize it was available the first two mornings. But once we discovered we could order freshly prepared breakfast we were thrilled. Even a group of Harvard business graduates didnt notice the better until we told them.

Not worth the price. Better off staying closer to harbor.
Location.
Overpriced for what they are providing. Lots of bright lights and flashy decor, but not comfortable, cramped room. Thermostat broken. Either freezing cold air blowing directly on the bed from AC unit or too warm when turned off. Staff difficult to reach.
