    The Aloft Raleigh Durham Airport Brier Creek is a gem with comfortable and well-designed rooms. The front desk employee was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Another guest had a wonderful stay, tha (Read More)nks to the kind and attentive staff, especially Ashley at the front desk. The hotel also offers a complimentary ride to the airport. However, the shuttle service was disappointing, with drivers lacking concern and urgency. Overall, the hotel is close to the airport and offers great rooms and facilities.

    I love that you can bring your dog.
    I didnt like that the room had no clock or charging port for iPhone. The room was not clean. The water in sink wouldnt go down. There was no shampoo in the bathroom dispenser. The pool area had a mess around the chairs. We only stayed one night and arrived late night.

    This property and the staff are terrible! It is not a safe place to park your car. I recently traveled with14 clients. Out of the 4 cars parked here during our trip 2 had the windows broken. 2 out of 4 cars broken into. It was the only two cars that were told to park around back where it was supposedly safer. The cameras on the property are fake. The staff did not contact the owners of the vehicles while we were away. We discovered our vandalized vehicles when we returned from our trip at 1 am. The next morning we asked if there was a police report. There was not. The front desk would not provide a vacuum to clean the glass from our cars. The manager Milton Hamilton was called and he could not be bothered to talk to us. 9 rooms and over$1800 who knows at this point how expensive the damage to our vehicles. It was not worth it! After talking to the Raleigh Police Department they told us it is a very very common occurrence at this property. They have repeatedly asked the management of this property to hire security but the property hasnt and it continues to be an issue.

    The staff at the bar were very good and knowledgeable of the area. We felt like family!!

    Love the aloft but won't be back to this one!
    The friendliness and the professionalism of the staff especially the front desk evening crew.
    No room service with real food. No ventilation in the bathroom, and having to move rooms do to ants and water bugs. The mild dew on the shower walls.

    The water in my room would not get hot for me to shower, I reached out to the front desk staff who told me i would have to wait until the hot water heater filled back up which could be hours. They did not offer anything for the huge inconvenience!
