I chose a private room considering my work schedule and the location of this property However my last night was a nightmare, There was safety issue the receptionist barge into my room in wee hours around 3:30 am fully drunk. He did that with one other solo female traveller as well. After that horrible night Owner took our complaint very seriously apologised also fired the guy.and compensated us for that night as we were in trauma the whole night, which was genuine gesture However that does not mean that the customer loses the right to complaint or put a fair review. I thought about it a lot and I feel I should put my review here on what I experienced. I wanted to have a peaceful time in the mountains not have a trauma of not returning again to the valley. I am sure this experience will help you to improve your process of hiring and doing a thorough background check of the employees past and current behaviour issues. Also I must say other than this horrific incident rest of the staff was very kind and helpful I venue is good and quite good food

Somethings great and some not so great!

It's very peaceful, the view is beautiful, the food is good and the staffs are very cordial. It's best for trekkers, youth and people looking for yoga, meditation, peace and calm.

The place is completely secluded, far from downtown. It's not a great place for tourists who wish to go out to see places every now and then. The road out of the hotel is very steep, not advisable for people with challenging physical conditions.

I was offered room no. 306 and it was like a different section from Altlife... No happening environment and even no bonfires...

Expensive and not good enough for the price

The room was big and nice

We had a construction site right outside our door, they decided to renew the place without telling the guests. This hotel is expensive and we should have a quit place

It was ok, but not sure if I will come back to this hotel.

Good location, helpful staff, nice food and restaurant.

There was a construction happening in between the hotel buildings. The beddings were not very fresh, the pillows inside the covers were smelling mold.

Best food and coworking space !

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the amazing property and its inviting vibe. The standout feature for me was undoubtedly the exceptional co-working space, which was not only well-equipped but also offered a productive atmosphere. And speaking of standout features, I can't forget to mention the food hands down the best I've had at a hotel. The combination of a welcoming ambiance, top-notch co-working amenities, and delectable cuisine makes this hotel a definite winner in my book!
