    We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel in a great location, spacious room, good breakfast and excel
    Excellent location near Syntagma Square and close to all tourist areas within walking distance. The breakfast was good. I booked a deluxe room with a balcony which was very comfortable. We got a room facing the national parks, a lovely view but the problem is that it faces a busy road all day long. We asked to change to a quieter room and it was excellent. The service of the hotel staff is great and welcoming. I recommend this hotel.
    The deluxe rooms face the national parks, which is very beautiful, but it is important to note in the room description that it faces a busy road.

    Exceptional. To have great staff, there must be great management..
    All staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, despite it being a busy new year's eve and New year's Day. As a very light sleeper, this is the first hotel I have ever stayed at.. where I was not woken up by cleaning staff in the morning. It was fantastic!

    - The Location is very convenient - The Rooms are spacious relative to most 4stars hotels in Europe - Good Rooms amenities - Staff are helpful
    - Rooms furnitures are outdated - Food variety is somehow limited in the breakfast - Air conditions are working as heaters only in winter and sometimes rooms need cold air conditions on some days

    The stay at as wonderful overall, very few problems and staff is admirably respectful.
    Location was excellent. Vast selection of food. The room was not the best experience, due to special issues and overall aesthetic.
    They said they upgraded our room on the house but I felt like it was a very regular room with no view at all. Just a huge wall in-front of us. Just feel like a room I would be in like 2002 not 2023 very boring to be completely honest
