The room at AMANO East Side was spacious and impeccable. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but had some water marks on the shower glass door. The staff at the reception was friendly and communicat (Read More)ive. However, the disappointment was finding out that the rooftop bar was not open due to a private party. The breakfast buffet was pricey for its quality. Overall, the hotel is well-located and reasonably priced.

Very nice hotel but maybe has chosen style over practicality a bit too much

Very stylish, lovely rooftop bar, the room was good size and blackout curtains, close to a train station (really easy to get to the airport)

18 for breakfast! The rooms are quiet dimly lit, the only mirror was in the bathroom

A cosy stay for a good price

Very modern, clean and comfotable hotel close to the city center. Very modern and comfotable rooms - not too big, but big enough to spend the night. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, as well as a nice lobbey. The garage is a big plus - regardless of your stay, the parking costs 15/24h, so you can stay parked even after the checkout and the price is very affordable for a safe underground parking in this location. The price overall was very affordable for the provided quality.

The location is a bit shady - not great for an evening stroll, however relatively close to the center (45 min walk) and perfectly ok for a day stroll. The staff was also a bit distant and uninterested - not unprofessional, just not very warm of invested. They also promised we will get a bill during the checkout (although we paid at check in), but we never received it.

The staff werent that friendly. Housekeeping threw some personal items away during my stay which caused an inconvenience.

I can't believe this is a 3 star hotel and not higher. The staff is friendly, the housekeeping checks in multiple times a day so if you want to sleep in, you can still get yoir room cleaned in the afternoon. The bathroom comes with a hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and as far as hotel bathrooma go its pretty big. Overall the hallways and hotel rooms look very modern and sexy.

The beds for couples aren't like a queen sized bed, they' re just 2 single matresses pushed together. I know this is usualy standard practice for hotels, but the problem was our matresses kept spreading apart from one another during the night so there would eventually be a gap in the bed.
