I regretted choosing this hotel on that day

Food was decent. Ambience was great

My room had a cockroach. The room smells really2 bad. Like there was a clogged toilet or sink pipe. Disgusting. I cant sleep! Plus the air cond was noisy!!

Disappointing

it was very noisy as there is a construction next to the hotel. it is piling work in progress at that time. there was no worker on duty to help us carry the bag from the lobby to the room. The receptionist mentioned that the boy was nowhere to be found.

The location is near to many amenities

The facilities are old and weary. Everything from carpets to wardrobes to toilet showers are either worn or not working as expected. Air con was a total let off as it's not even cool.

Hotel did not even provide set of toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was mediocre. Not worth it to pay extra for the breakfast. Theres only one elevator on each floor. At least on our side of building. When we wanted to check out, we had to Q and waited around 25min to use the elevator
