Away from the city. Room is very spacious even though it is just a deluxe room.

Disappointing
It is not worth the money.
The hotel is rather old and not well-maintained. There is mold and water dripping from the air conditioners in the restaurant. The breakfast is not very good.

the location was good and the view from the hotel balcony was good.
the pillows were low quality an AC wasnt great. It just cooled continously and the technician just reported that thats how central AC works.

Old rooms, like others have mentioned our luggage wasnt brought up to the room as promised, we had to go down to collect it

WALLS WERE THIN. NOT SOUND PROOF, IT FELT LIKE A CHALET, AS THE ROOM NEXT DOOR WAS MAKING SO MUCH NOISE AND WE COULD HEAR THEIR CONVERSATIONS. HAD TO COMPLAIN TO THE HOTEL BEFORE THE NOISE FINALLY STOPPED AT 2AM.

Should have been great, but the first impression really brought down the tone of the holiday.
Landscape was beautiful. Very relaxing. Abel, who helped us with our luggage upon check in, was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were very friendly.
Pools definitely need to be maintained better. Phones in the rooms were not working. Limited selection in terms of room service options. Morning shift attendant at the front desk could use a lesson or three on how to talk to guests. Do not talk to us as if we are idiots. We get that its early, so sorry to have made your day so difficult. We arrived early in the day and had many bags and when asked to help open the door - instead of helping even prop the door open, two members of staff just looked at us, looked away, and waltzed through the door of the lobby. Do better, Amara.
