Pool was awesome, Suite was warm and cozy, luxurious
Staff behaviour, rude attitude, Kids play room attendant left my kid without informing me and closed the kids play room and went off, I found my kid wandering around without any way to contact me, could not even get into the lift since she did not had the room key. worst experience, kids pay room staff needs to be thrown out of the hotel.
