Exceptional

Exceptional vacation, we should have stayed a bit longer.

The Swimming Pool was exceptional. The breakfast was good. We had lunch, dinner at the hotel, it was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided good guidance and helped us to book some of the day tours.

I liked the place.

I did not like the cleanliness of the villa. So many insects. Windows were not sealed and you can hear the wind blowing and the noise from outside.

Beautiful property, really nice quiet part of the island; away from all the craziness..

The ambience of the property is lovely. The pool is fantastic. The location is very nice because its on a quiet part of the island away from all the busy tourist areas, so it feels intimate. Rooms spacious, clean, comfortable. Rooms come with an awesome beach tote that you can use while on property..super handy. Breakfast is nice and well rounded; with nice fresh egg options and tasty treats.

The restaurants were not as great as I would have hoped. One near the pool was so quiet and it wasnt very warm and inviting..almost felt like I intruded when I walked in the door. Restaurant by breakfast area (at night) was better but menu a bit all over the place. Lamb shank delicious though

5 star resort with 3 start service

The property is stunning. Great views over the sea, a nice private beach area and less crowded / more spacious compared to other resorts in Phuket. Cabins are amazing. They are secluded and you have no direct neighbors.

The resort is 5-star, but the service is 3-star. Compared to other chains, there is no focus on top quality service. Some examples : I arrived at the pool in the morning and there were no towels, food quality is average compared to the price, water was not replenished in the room and risks to room were painted without putting a sign. Compared to other resorts a hotel manager that is walking around and corrects this errors is missing.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, It had everything I could imagine, the room was also great, very comfy bed, good room service. I was staying at a previous hotel and had got sick from food poisoning, so coming to Amatara Well-leisure resort was exactly what I needed to relax and get better.

The Location is a little out of the way, and one of the beaches is tidal, but I spent all my time at the resort.
