    Staffs are ready the asset of the property. They are always on top of the things to make your stay meorable. Location is good and isolated from the city life. It's amazing. However you don't get any view from the rooms
    The hotel infrastructure needs some serious attention The food is ok. There are scope of improvements No views from room.

    Memorable experience!
    Scenic location. Fantastic food of all cuisines having big portions. The breakfast is sumptuous. The rooms are huge with very high awe-inspiring wooden ceilings and the rooms were maintained super clean. The beds are comfy. The staff are very good and super efficient. We also enjoyed a trip into their organic cardomom plantation. And the icing on the cake was the fascinating conversations with the very friendly and well-read owner who is also a doctor; told us how the place itself has got a wonderful history. And overall good value for money too. Thanks to Ambady estate for the memorable experience!

    Getting to Munnar itself is a pain due to its winding roads and the approach road to the estate is also not in the best shape. But those issues must be general to Munnar and have nothing to do with our actual stay at Ambady estate. The actual issues with the stay that we faced are with the bathroom: the plumbing is not great, the lighting is dull, the exhaust hides behind the curtain etc. : overall the bathroom needs a little bit of fixing or renovation. Also the living area of the estate is not that big to explore beyond a couple of days. Everything else with our stay at Ambady estate was just superb!

    A great place if you like nature.
    This resort is located in a tea estate. There are only 8 rooms available to rent at a time. The surroundings were great, full of scenic beauty. They had big comfortable rooms and well-cooked meals on order were available.
    The location is 8-9 km before the city on a hilly road which is not very easy to drive. You are away from the main city and quite dependent on the property for fulfilling all your needs. A person needs to carefully look at the location while booking.

    The staff was very friendly
    1. The property is far away from the scenic Munnar 2. There is no back up power in the cottages, we had two power outages during the 11 hours we spent there. 3. The reception phone number is active only till 7 PM. The contact number for late night assistance was not responding. Considering the location of this property, they should have a 24X7 assistant on standby. 4. The toiletries were minimal and too small even though the cottages were booked for 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) 5. Breakfast was not buffet and only fixed menu served to the table. There was long waiting to arrange a table and also to serve the food. We had to compare with the table next to is and ask for some items since there was no Menu or information card. 6. One of the worst checkout experience with a random hand written invoice that had more than my booking amount and forced me to pay it. They say the amount include the booking.com commission. Sine we were a family group, I couldn't discuss more and I paid the extra amount. There are many better resorts in Munnar for sure.

    Excellent Stay, will definitely recommend the property.
    We went to the Ambady estate for New Years eve. We had a fantastic time with out pet. The Cottage was superb.
    The Buffet Dinner/Lunch could have been much better

    Pleasant stay and inspired with the organic farming in the estate. Variety of plant species and they can open a botanical garden. Staffs are very nice and good hospitality. Food is little expensive but good. Customizable menu for family with kids is inspiring idea in a buffet. WiFi and Play area for Kids shall add gems to the Crown of the estate. Totally a wonderful experience..... Will come back soon for next season..
