    The property had a great view and was well laid out. We felt comfortable and the service was good. We had everything we asked for and enjoyed the massages. The property is in a beautiful location.
    The third floor roof terrace seems unfinished and we would have liked more entertainment up there. Right now there are a few seats which is a waste of the space. Some things are randomly chargeable for example the pool table while other games are free

    Totally worth money, absolutely great views. Premium services at the hotel. Nice staff and pleasant ambience.
    The food was a bummer and pricey, could have been more favourable and tasty. Considering no option at the top of the mountain you get what the hotel restaurant serves.

    Had to make more than a couple of calls to housekeeping to get a resp inonse. Even though the building is not that old the bathroom tiles were dirty, in between the tiles were black making it look like it had not been cleaned. There was a self closing door in the bathroom, which was hard to open and keep open, this was quite unnecessary

    I could not relax at all, as all the room doors you can not close without noise. Everybody is smahing/ pulling the room door very hard to get it closed, if you are sleeping you wake up every time. For me this has nothing to do with Spa atmosphere.

Sriram, Fatima, Joseph, and Dr. Abhirami made my stay truly memorable with their outstanding service and care. Sriram was always ready to assist with a warm smile, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Fatima's attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Joseph's professionalism and courteous demeanor added to the overall pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of receiving treatments from Dr. Abhirami, the therapist, who exhibited a high level of expertise and skill. The rejuvenating therapies I received under her care were simply outstanding. Last but not least, a special shoutout to Shriji, who also contributed to the exceptional service and made my stay at Amber Dale Hotel a delightful one. The staff's commitment to excellence, combined with the hotel's picturesque location in Munnar, makes this establishment a top choice for anyone seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating retreat. I highly recommend Amber Dale Hotel for a memorable stay in the serene hills of Munnar.

    Would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
    Nothing at all.
    The honeymoon suite was very old and had a very bad smell, so we asked them to change our suite, the other suite was less smelly but old as well and not in good maintenance condition, very noisy and loud voices coming from the lobby, there is no sound proofing, the restaurant could offer better food compared to the high prices.
