Location and staff were good. Didn't get the 10% discount on food and drinks as promised at the time of booking the property through booking.com

The kids and families who were there for wedding celebration created a ruckus in the lobby late night. wasn't able to sleep properly.

The service staff is not cooperating. They charged extra fees of 600 to us just because the bed sheet got blood clot from menstruation. It is a natural process and getting a blood clot by mistake is something done NON INTENTIONALLY, however the service staff did not cooperate at all. At least there should be some decency and understanding among the staff in order to understand this natural cycle and deal with it in polite manner instead of treating it something harmful done to their property intentionally. They treated it as if it's something harmful done- treating menstrual cycle as a sinful thing done. Very disappointed!!
