Overall just fine. A few tweaking will go a long way.

Staff and location. A restaurant opposite the hotel. Quite environment. TV channels ok

No tea and coffee in the room. Luckily there was the restaurant across the road and staff got stuff we wanted. Not enough bathroom linen. At least a couple of cups and plates would have been good. Otherwise what use is the microwave?

Property is excellent. They should have the provision of breakfast & improvement in WI-FI. Otherwise property is superb, neat & clean. Location is also good.

Disappointing

Changed rooms twice due to smell of the Smoke, But getting that in every room due to centralised AC. Very old property little horrible.

Stay was good except for the roaches, shower curtain and window blinds issue.

Location and staff.

I stayed in Room #305 - there were a number of roaches (big and small). The bathroom shower did not have a shower curtain for 1/2 my trip. It was added after 7 days making the the entire bathroom floor wet and slippery after each shower. Roaches is the main problem, very unpleasant. Window shades (blinds?) werent working to raise and lower.

Superb

Located Just opposite to the famous veg restaurant Paakashala so you could get yum vegan food. Stayed here for my travel to Mysuru, it was easy to connect to the Bengaluru - Mysuru Expressway from this location. Good internet speed, friendly staff.

Limited parking availability in the basement, yet they manage to arrange parking in nearby buildings as they own them too. Building is little old one, you could witness that in the bathroom.

Comfortable, but could be much better

Spacious property, lift, location. There's enough space for a family.

Maintenance of the rooms, furniture and linen is not so good. Very few staff.
