Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Pleasant atmosphere. Clean. Quiet location.
Hair conditioner and body wash bottles were empty.
The music by the elevator was loud all night, and because of that our daughter had trouble sleeping (our room was close to the elevator).

One of our worst stays in Fargo. Hoping new owners help this place.
Convenient location off the freeway
I understand the hotel just got new ownership but the place is gross. We waited 20 mins to check in and the person working the desk was simply grumpy. The walls and carpets in the hallways are dirty, we had several broken elements in our room from the bathroom door handle, a broken toilet seat, broken handicap bar by the shower with pieces hanging down, broken bathroom fan, and the WiFi didnt work in our room which was far from the lobby. We had a family of 4 and they have us two bath towels. The beds looked like people had been sitting on them before we got there. The TV was ancient. The beds uncomfortable and not enough pillows for our family and they didnt have any more. One of our worst stays in Fargo.

Breakfast was the standard. Room was OK.
Staff had trouble interacting with a woman sobbing about an injured child. As a hotel used for hospital patient family and relations they may need more training for that role. That is their customer base.
