    Central location. Beautiful rooms.
    The room was really pretty. It had all the luxuries you would like such as iron, hairdryer, toiletries and even dressing gown and slippers.
    There was a horrible smell in our room when we arrived but it seemed to disappear later.

    Great location, friendly staff, an hotel finished to perfection
    We visited Frankfurt to see the Christmas markets. The hotel is in a fantastic location for shopping, sightseeing, near the river for long walks. Just perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was finished to a real high quality, it was modern but cozy. The spa area was a nice way to relax after a day of shopping or sightseeing. Breakfast, one word delicious The staff were so friendly and helpful. So kind to us and other customers at breakfast. Well be back
    The shower leaked on to the bathroom floor but that an easy fix with a new door seal.

    Cant fault the hotel. Just a bit of a shame because of the area
    Beautifully refurbished. Excellent shower!
    Possibly the area. I was travelling with my son but on my own might have felt a bit unsafe. Parallel road red light district and a lot of visible drug use and drunkenness.

    Nice hotel but dont expect much sleep Friday or Saturday.
    Clean and tidy, very comfortable beds.
    Hotel bar has a DJ on until 2am. Ridiculous how loud it is, no chance of a quiet drink at the end of the night or getting any sleep until the bar closes. Location not great, very close to red light district also the train station where you wouldnt want to be on a night time .

    Nice hotel to see Frankfurt from, but avoid weekends if you want a good nights rest.
    Nice, upmarket, clean.
    The extremely loud music both Friday and Saturday night from the club downstairs. Ruined the trip for us.

    Highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there again
    The hotel was just perfect. The rooms are spacious and not over decorated. It is definitely a boutique hotel. The bathrooms were very large and had everything we needed. The front desk personnel were all very nice. Olga, gave us directions to the Christmas market and was very helpful with finding options to get there. We ate dinner in the bar because it was pouring rain that day and the food was excellent.

    Very good hotel in a great location. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
    Great location. The man on reception when we arrived late after a VERY long flight was kind enough to get us two hot chocolates and delivered them to our room .Staff were exceptionally friendly. Two great people working breakfast each morning.
