    It was our one of the best stay in Bali
    The Room is big, clean, the hotel location is the in center of Kuta area, the hotel staff are helpfull & polite.
    The room rate is a bit above my expectation.

    This resort near Kuta Beach and Bali Waterbom offers a delightful experience with its prime location close to key attractions. Its restaurant is a highlight, boasting amazing food and a diverse menu. The staff are friendliness, contributing to a pleasant stay. The open swimming pool is a serene spot for relaxation. This resort is an excellent choice for visitors seeking a blend of comfort and convenience in Bali.

    was expecting bath tub in the room as it was shown in the most of the pictures in the booking.com site. However hotel staff told us that that one is one level up room and need to pay extra.

    Location, service and facility was all nice.
    The food was not the best, I recommend more flexibility with breakfast and dinner was also not that great.

    The most thing l liked in this hotel is the warm welcome from the staff. room service and space is good. I arrived at 11:30 early before the the time of check in and the provide me room. Special thanks for Pawa, Septi, Desaic and Etc

    The property was lovely.
    We booked a pool access room which was one of the higher priced rooms. The air conditioner in the room was blowing out a gassy petrol smell and we had to have it off the last 2 nights of our stay. The solution that the staff gave us was to spray air freshener for the smell. Also we had requested a transfer to and from the airport through the hotel the pickup was easy but they didnt organise the transfer back as we left on New Years Eve there was nothing available and asked us to organise through an app. Which evened up costing up $75 aus dollars which should have only costed $20
