It is a great hotel with spacious rooms, accommodati (Read More)ng staff, and a beach right outside. The Garden apartments are perfect for families and the spa was enjoyable. The only complaints were about the quality of the coffee and pre-made waffles. Overall, it is an amazing place with great amenities and wonderful views. Some mention the inconvenience of nearby construction and the hotel's location being away from the city center.

Breakfast with several options, solid quality of all food.
Wellness is really nice, the view from the indoor pool is beautiful. Saunas, salty room well cleaned and maintained. Wellness staff is helpfull and polite.
Parking near hotel without reservation.
All in all, full recommendation!
No major downsides,
maybe prices in the lobby bar... coffee nothing special but pricey... simple shoots,like jagermaister 7,8 euros...

While the room size and sea view were commendable, my experience was marred by the spa's consistently high occupancy during the New Year period. The pool area lacked supervision, allowing children to be rowdy throughout the spa's operating hours without any intervention from staff to remind parents of other guests. Although the spa's sauna section was excellent, overcrowding remained an issue. Additionally, I found it disappointing that hotel guests were charged 20/day for parking within the hotel premises.

Pool, breakfast, and general view of the hotel was great. Inspite of a rainy day, we had a good time in outdoor / indoor pool and Spa area.

This time of year you need a car or Uber to get to the area worth visiting.
The ocean front is more like a bay so just OK

This was our second time staying in Amphora and once again the stay was very pleasant and we would love to visit again. The staff was kind and friendly, the rooms spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The spa centre and pool are kept clean and have good working hours. The breakfast had many delicious options, very good jam and juice.
The breakfast buffet is missing tags - most often there is no way to know what is inside of which dish, which can often lead to an unpleasant surprise if you are someone with dietary restrictions.
