Id book it again

Everything was just on point, very kind staff, attentive and helpful, the location was a bit far away from everything but that exactly what we were looking for. Breakfast was delicious, not many choose for the dinner but still tasteful.

We enjoyed the privacy we had at the property. Its well maintained with lovely separate spaces around like living room with a comfy sofa, table sittings etc

We didnt like the room facilities. Geyser allows for very short showers and for a family with kids it was extremely uncomfortable. Torn bedsheets and bathrobe indicated poor quality control. Cleaning of the room wasnt regular and garbage wasnt taken out.

Relaxing in simple elegance

Loved the elegant simplicity. The staff is very pleasant . Every single detail has been thought through . Loved the property, the garden and the friendly dogs and the rooms are so beautifully decorated. Definitely coming back .

The location. Need a taxi to wherever youre going but I knew that . At the same time it was nice to be far away from the party beaches of Goa.

Peaceful and green boutique hotel in Goa

Reading some of the negative reviews I can understand that this place doesnt lend itself to big, loud friend groups. The vibe is a quiet, private holiday at an exclusive boutique location. The staff are discreetly present, hospitable but also relaxed and not overly formal. The pool is clean and inviting, while soft flute music plays for ambience. Drinking water is provided in glass bottles. The rooms are spacious, with large, comfortable bathrooms and lots of heritage aesthetic appeal. The entire space looks better than in the photographs and we were happy to spend a couple of days just swimming in the pool and having meals by the poolside. The food at the hotel is simple and tasty, not classically rich and heavy Indian food. Everything tastes unprocessed with identifiable ingredients, lending an almost Ayurvedic retreat feel overall. The dogs are loving and friendly once you get to know them, we loved having them around.

The location is beautiful but requires a taxi to go to Panjim or any of the beaches and activities close by. The taxi organised by the hotel was a rip-off and they didnt negotiate on our behalf over a misunderstanding about the price and service provided. Recommend finding your own taxi service, as every other alternative we found was cheaper.
