    The location is great, the room is okay and we enjoy the stay there.
    the water park facilities only can be use for children under 10 years old. I thought it can be used for children under 12 because my daughter is 11 years old and i told her that the hotel have waterpark and she can enjoy the stay there. She only can use the pool.

    Ideal for Families with Young Children
    Having a son who is 1 year and 10 months old, I particularly enjoyed the hotel due to its pool and a playroom that is perfect for his age. My son absolutely loved the waterpark and the playroom; I can confidently say he had a fantastic time there.
    If I'm traveling without kids, I'd likely opt for other hotels. I believe they should consider upgrading the toilets and making the rooms feel more 'homey'.

    + kids enjoy the pool, all open and with lifeguards on duty. + room equipped with bath tub, though dated + fast check-in
    - breakfast not much option, mostly cold and place too crowded during school holiday - poolside with loud music is not necessary (playing local radio station) - kids above 4 y.o must pay pool entry (MYR15) - decent room size, but dated furniture - balcony view jungle side (left wing) - limited tv local channel, remote no battery as well - no greetings and smile from the reception, during check-in and check-out. please send those to training.
