Dirty, under dresser in the room my beauty blender fell and I had to toss it bc it had so much dirt stuck to it. Ceiling tiles in shower were moved and had dirt coming out. Tub was backed up and I stood in it.

I loved it there and want to come back soon.
Breakfast was tasty and surprisingly affordable. Usually hotels charge double for breakfast foods but this place was reasonable. And the hotel is absolutely stunning.
The room could have been a little cleaner. But it really wasnt bad. I just know the bathtub and grout and stuff could have been cleaner cause I clean for work.

My stay was over priced and under delivered
I liked that a skywalk connected the hotel to the venue I was attending
The room was very plain, nothing to offer such as a in room refrigerator or coffee maker. The bottle of water left in my room with a card that basically said that I should be grateful for it because everyone else would have to pay $1.50 if they wanted one. Charging me $35.00 to park in your own parking garage is ridiculous. This was by far the most expensive hotel room that I ever paid for, and had absolutely no room amenities. I feel that I could have spent half the money and got more of what I was looking for at a different facility. Live and learn I guess.

Second half of the stay was much better than the first half
Am disabled and the bathroom didn't work for me. Had to turn the temperature up to 75 to get it warm in the room. Had to be moved to the tower side to be able to use the facilities easier.
