    Perfect location, tasty breakfast, kind & helpful host ,I would definitely stay again. Thank you :)
    It was wonderful. Perfect location, best place for solo travelers like me. Sergio was very nice and kind host.
    My room was number 1. I think the water at shower wasnt hot enough. The water in the sink was perfect but not in the shower. Maybe something is broken. But overall, it wasn't a problem for me.

    It was literally next door to where I had a DJ gig so couldn't be more convenient...
    The room was very cold and draughty even with the heater on...

    Xmas markets in Bath
    Location was great. Walk to the train station and to all the attractions in Bath. Paid parking across the street was very handy when I hired a car. Our time in Bath corresponded with the Xmas Markets - busy!!

    Great location, close to station and the shops. Nice host, clean room.
    The shower pressure is weak. The noise throughout the night with people standing in the hallway talking loudly.

    On the top floor the heater did not work properly so the room was a little cold sometimes.
