Very good

Location, serenity, food was very good.

Tent room was not well packed even after doors closed. Extreme cold winds were coming inside the tent through out the night and it was very painful and annoying. The senior person at reception desk was not with a humble and welcoming attitude, may be due to hotel being fully occupied.

It was ok.

Nicely designed gardens and grounds.

Room didnt match the photos, staff didnt do anything to compensate. Room was also close to the function space and music was blasting into the hallways due to a party. We could hear it in the room while trying to sleep.

Great stay at ananta resort, we would come back

We loved to stay at ananta spa and resorts. The swimming pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The room was beautiful, confortable and very spacious. The breakfast and dinner were great as well.

The water in the shower was not reaching very high temperature. It is ok, but could be warmer. We did not try the spa, but the facilities smelled a lot to humidity, so it was not apealling for us. However, the swimming was great instead.

I asked for the swim suit and the staff showed me only one and I asked thrice to give me some small size it's too large he denied he was it will look good on you the small size will not fit you you will look creepy in small size that was too embarassing for me I asked many to let choose the size and design by myself but he denied to give me even I have paid for it but still he was like that I'm begging it for free that was too embarassing you should keep an eye on your spa staff.

Disappointing

Not the tranquility and cleaness one expects at a spa hotel

The spa, people in bar in restaurant are most kind but miss leadership.

Clearly the owner has stopped training staff and investing to keep the premises up to par. Several Staff members hardly speak English Being a spa hotel one expects tranquility, but nothing at such. Everywhere noise and loud music. Even when asking if (western music) at the swimming pool could be turned down, it wasn't possible. We were the only ones there and it was 9.30am. . Hygiene and cleaness is not up to par. I was shocked when walking into the kitchen how dirty and big mess it was. Outside our room, they stalled for the duration a bed that wasn't needed. Must say they were kind enough to change the room after the first one smelled like smoke. Sorry to say not the value for money.
