The spa, rooms and staff were amazing. Especially Ivan, Kevin and Cassio who went above and beyond to meet our needs. All the staff was brilliant though.
Town center is about 30 minute walking distance. It is easy to reach by taxi but can get expensive when doing this multiple times

if i had to point out one thing it would be that the bathroom had both bathtub and shower cabin but neither had mobile shower. it was a bit hard to clean after the bath.

Absolutely beautiful, clean , comfortable and great service
We had drinks on roof top bar on NYE , went and sat down at table but the waiter asked us to move as someone was sitting there , ? , no reserved sign or any drinks on the table , next two men came and sat down at it , there were other free tables , it was embarrassing and actually caused an argument between my wife and myself

Exceptional facility and staff. Were looking forward to our next stay already
The staff are exceptional. There is nothing they could not do for us, very accommodating.
Particular shout out to Rebecca in the bar and Kevin in the concierge.
We mentioned this to the relevant staff while staying - the seating for bar food is very low to the ground. Not practical for a lot of different clientele. It was acknowledged that this is currently being looked into, which is great.
We had a dinner reservation for the bar the night of our stay and decided to go elsewhere due to this reason which is a shame as we were looking forward to some lovely food. This didnt take away from our stay however. Still an exceptional hotel.

A delightful experience that would have me returning in a heartbeat
The hotel staff between the spa, reception, bar and concierge were so helpful and friendly. Everyone had a great personality, were extremely happy to help with anything, and this added to the enjoyment of the stay immensely.
The soup in the bar for lunch, it was cold and quite bland

Nice foundations to offer the full 5 stars experience
Bathroom, Voya products, coffee and tea, the city view.
Unattended reception, nobody present during check-in hours, staff not owning the welcoming experience.
Dogs are allowed - which is great - but only in the room. Well-trained dogs do exist. Normally, 5 stars hotel welcome them in the lounge bar area at least.
