very disappointed and management did nothing about any issues
spa therapist was great
the hotel is tired, staff communications are poor; everything misunderstood. jacuzzi didnt work; TV didnt work; rooms service plates took almost 24 hours to be removed - then at 6.30AM they woke everyone up when collecting; pool small; not enough pool space; coffee was undrinkable

Great location, helpful staff, beautiful, luxurious and spacious room and facilities
Location was great on the clifftop, and close to Uluwatu temple and restaurants/cafes/shops. Room was large and luxurious and comfortable. bed was great.
Breakfast box was an option for early departure for activities or the airport, and they offered gluten free vegetarian sandwhiches.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly one male staff member in the who mentioned he was from Java - he was very nice to speak with and made our dining experience even better through engaging conversation.
The pool hours and cliff top bar were very modest/short and so we unfortunately didn't get to experience either of these during our stay. (However, we only stayed one night - our last night in Bali - and arrived late afternoon and went straight to Uluwatu Temple for the sunset Kecak show. We returned and the pool and cliff top bar was closed and we had to leave for our flight before it opened).
The restaurant food had limited choices for me as I am vegetarian and GF. I ordered the only option and it was far too spicy so I couldn't eat it. We also ordered a breakfast box and whilst they kindly catered for gluten free vegetarian (sandwiches), the bread was very hard so would recommend trying to source a better quality GF bread.
