The staff. Their warm welcome, their demeanor and their attitude of you are family was extremely well recieved.
The finishing in the rooms was not the best. Construction errors and botched repairs were evident. One starts to question the cost when these things are so visible.

Exceptional Resort within the city but not!
The service of the staff was exceptional all the way through. They were attentive, responsive, and friendly. (Swe, Tony, Zim, to name a few).
Views were great and room facilities were exceptional.
Peace and quite away from the city, but city in sight.
Being ECO friendly, does take you away from some of the other 5 stars, however, this negated by the fact that the rest of strengths. More effort on keeping the beaches Stone free, would be great.

Everything's fantastic! The staff upgraded our room for my wife's birthday without us even asking and arranged a bottle of wine with a cake for us. It's a wonderful place with magical design. Highly recommended if you're looking to switch off from the crazy busy days and relax. A perfect 10 out of 10!

Everything in the hotel was at the highest level! The rooms are spacious and clean, the food and beverages are delicious in all restaurants! The private pool has the ideal temperature both during the day and in the evening. The staff is very nice and caring! We even extended our stay another night!

Anantara World Island Dubai is a serene haven that seamlessly blends luxury with nature. The tranquil atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh air, creates an oasis of relaxation. A truly rejuvenating escape." We were 3 me my daughter & her friend we had an awesome 4 days .
There were only 2 restaurant, the smell of the souvenir shop it was shocking ( rotten fish ) .

(almost like) Maldives with Dubai views
Beautiful views of Dubai coast. Very relaxed place, with some haff-domesticated animals roaming around.
Very helpful and kind staff. Big thanks to our villa host Swe Yi :)
I can never understand why facilities like pool close at sunset... it would be great to have an evening relaxing swim...
