Great Staff & Location
All staff we encountered were extremely helpful and informative, a theme we experienced throughout Greece and here too. The accommodation had a great shower and clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast area was nice and chilled and the pool area was good too. We had use of the private spa and the spa treatment received was extremely good so it's highly recommended. The bus station is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel (no steps or hills to get there) and the hotel is very central to Fira itself.

Fantastic hotel
We went just at the end of the season (early October). Fantastic location, just on the edge of Fira. 8-10minute walk to centre of town along pretty little back lanes. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
The cave spa is a real treat - wonderful little oasis where you are indulged in splendid isolation.
The pool is superb, clean and plenty of sunbeds. Very quiet during the day.
Ideal for couples or solo travellers - it felt amazingly safe.
Breakfasts were fine, plenty of choice.
Nowhere to sit in the evening with enough light where you could eat or play cards although plenty of seating outside for taking in the views. Although there are balconies for each room they are not spacious and not well lit.

Great location with the most lovely staff. I didnt catch the name of the receptionist but she was so helpful to us and even gave my friend and I some cookies/cake to take on the road for our ferry trip when we left.
