Overall. It was good experience

It was beautiful and spacious villa with oceanfront view of the pool.

The villas are very far up on the hill. Hotel doesnt have enough cars for pick and drop. We need to wait sometimes for 1 hour to even get to the lobby. Staff was also not very courteous or helpful.

WORST HOTEL IN PHUKET

Nothing worst hotel in Phuket

This is the worst hotel in Phuket it took 1 hour to check in there was to many people in the lobby the staff at the desk are rude, they ask for deposit only in cash, they took 20mins to take us to the room, the room looked nothing like the photos the pictures are catfishing people. 3 other people was complaining in the lobby. There is a car that take you to and from your room which takes over 30mins to come we had to check out the hotel the same day as it is literally pathetic please do not stay at this hotel its is literally a nightmare there are better places to stay its so expensive for no reason the room was so disgusting and dirty there was no towels in the room the water in the room is not free the room looks so scruffy and old and broken there is a conjoining door for the rooms and they do not even lock so someone opened the door the our room not safe at all.

Management ist horrible

The property is wonderful build in a steep hill you get transported by shuttles all day, but you can also walk up the property from the lobby. There are many pools and astonishing views. The restaurants are also good.

The Management! Just fire them! When I arrived I had to wait one hour to check in and on checkout it was 40 minutes. They sit you down to wait 10 minutes but then just deal with whatever customer screams the loudest so they never come back to you if you dont complain.. I also called 3 times to get towels that were not on the room when I arrived. They say they take care of but dont. I understand with the current system they are overworked but management should reorganise just like every other hotel. In most hotels you just have a credit card deposit instead of cash and can just leave the key cards and go. Not here they make it so complicated.

Staff very friendly and polite,helpful

Room was very outdated with very poor finish,looked like some child had been told to give it a fresh coat of paint,paint was everywhere on the floors windows etc Bathroom was really bad with stains on the floor,around the toilet. Shower was leaking from the connection on the wall. This was all reported to reception Breakfast was poor as a European I'd expect bacon ham pork available.when asked why it wasn't, was told because of the Muslim guests For that reason alone if stated on website I wouldn't have booked this hotel. I have stayed in many cheaper hotels in patong last 16 years.and they where far better. Won't be staying there again

sea view was amazing

you have to wait at least 5 minutes for the shuttle to take to your room or down ro reception no variety in breakfast not safe if you want to store your luggage they keep it in an open room in the reception anyone can enter they take 2000 bat deposit even if you take shuttle to your room you might also have to take the stairs i dont recommend it for more than one day if you want to enjoy the room with a sea view bathroom is very dirty no sleepers

reception desk staff lacked english language skills and hence difficult to communicate. Towels very old and stained and need replacing. Room water bottles not available daily. Need better management actualy

Very tedious check in process. Starts at 2:00pm sharp only. Early check in not available No hot water in first day No towels in last two days There was a cat inside the food area in restaurant. The staff were ok with it
