    New years stay
    Everything was perfect here. First of all we got a free upgrade, then everything proceeding that was also very good. We stayed on new years and even though the staff had to come in, everyone was very professional and really friendly the whole time, couldnt recommend more

    Well looked after and will stay there again when next in Great Yarmouth.
    Dinner was excellent. The bar was welcoming. Breakfast was very good but I would have liked to see a fruit bowl. The hotel has been recently redecorated to a high standard and seems well-maintained. The bathroom was very nice with a large shower. The rooms were quiet and the bed comfy with a good selection of pillows. Nice temperature throughout. Service overall was excellent.
    The steam extraction in my bathroom could have been better.

    Lovely breakfast and a good quality of hotel . Staff are nice and a generally pleasant stay. They sorted a fan for me when my room didn't have one. The lady I spoke to on the phone when booking was super helpful and really helped me with the process.
    I usually have a smallish room which can be a little drab. Showerr is not high end and could do with a little updating.

    We had the attic room, and it was well worth it. The bed was really comfy, and the walking shower was lovely. Breakfast was really nice and the receptionist was very accommodating and really friendly.

    great overnight stay, lovely breakfast and helpful staff
    beautifully decorated. We had the bay window room so lots of natural light. Staff very helpful. Breakfast cooked to order and it was hot and delicious, lovely server very helpful. Managed to park outside for free.
    The shower was very small and for a larger person like myself it was tricky to manage. It probably said so on the info prior to booking but no lift so if stairs are tricky might not be great for you. Restaurant not open on a Saturday night. (again known prior to booking but a bit of a shame) Would have preferred some biscuits in the room (info says you can ask for homemade cookies at reception) Small things as the hotel was lovely

    A bit disappointed with my room but I guess its matter of taste as I prefer modern than oak style. Shower was very small in my suite
