    The fact that they were able to sort issue of reservation since I booked via agent.....when I was there as client they made client happy and deal with other issues later.Yhe lady in reception was helpful.
    The fact that when I got there my booking was not showing on your system but the lady took her time to sort it since I was exhausted from driving long distance.

    The rooms were spacious clean linen and were close to everything I needed. Karabo, the restaurant manager, was amazing, thank you.The ladies in the front desk went extra mile to help
    The television is old need to updated, the elevator is creepy. The shower is very small, and the housekeeping takes forever to clean the rooms. I had to wait until 2pm for my room to be cleaned.
