    The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I requested to change the room just to have a better view as the first room was facing the road. I was moved to a room with a better view and more space without hustles.
    The fact that I booked for a few days. I wish that I had stayed longer.

    Can do better; more cleaning please.
    Situated close to the Centurion Mall.
    Unclean, balcony seemed uncleaned for a while as I found old cigarette buds and a dead pigeon feathers. No toiletries in the bathroom, one unclean towel, tv remote controls not working, bar fridge was worked on but left on the floor. Room service took a long time to respond, reception was left unattended on my arrival and I had to ask guests if they had seen the receptionist.

    The room were perfect and the environment to. The staff were so friendly and helpful
    Breakfast menu which it was not inclusive for those of us who don't eat pork products and some chicken contents. On the booking app it did specify if I have to include breakfast and supper

    I have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions-not as enjoyable as past experience.
    Great location. Very neat and clean.
    Did web checkin prior to arrival, they were not ready when I arrived. Booked & confirmed superior family room for 3 adults & 1 child - which seemed to be a problem on arrival. No fridge in allocated room, after request at reception fridge was brought to room. Only two towels supplied although booked for 4 guests.
