    We enjoyed the staff,they were very friendly and assisted efficiently
    Firstly the price booking.com said the property would charge us changed when we arrived it was about $135 more. They only offered us an all inclusive package on this platform,then when we arrived it seemed it was certain foods only and anything over $20 was not an option we had to pay for it. We had an upstairs room and we struggled with toilet sometimes water was not filling up. Then on the last few days there were constant powercuts and the back up power was not working.

    Rooms were clean and smell awesome. Staff was very friendly and attentive. There were few issues with our room (water pipe started leak and water was off at all) but after call all was fixed promptly. Food in restaurant was good with plenty of options. SPA service was good with many options to choose from.
    It is not exactly Antonios issue , but there is neighbouring hotel which had at least 2 nights noisy parties. One of those was on beach with bonfire and due to wi d direction our room Was filled with smoke.

    We liked the staff. They were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, many of them spoke no or very little English. It is a quiet place, which is nice.
    We couldn't use the pool on 7 out of 10 days. It was green and smelled bad. The offer was rare. There were no activities or entertainment. The power kept going out, so no internet. We tried to talk to the manager about all these things. Instead of making accommodating offers, he always tried to find someone to blame for situations, play down the problem or avoid it.

    Wonderful staff, the rooms were great and amazing, very clean and a relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful outdoor area
    The beach is kindoff dissapointing, as you cant swim and there are a lot of sea grass The food menu also could get a do over, good but very little meat in the portions and quite pricey for what you get

    Start your vacation here!
    First place for us on Zanzibar. Perfect for relaxing and start the trip. Wifi is great and I could work digitally. Personnel was sweet and professional. Super clean and well handled facilities. Images does not show the exclusive and beautiful facility so we were positively surprised.
    The pool needs more maintenance, started to turn green. Please have more option for different pillows, my neck can't handle the huge and hard type. Also they would play loud christmas music in the dining area, I told them to turn it off...

    I loved how welcoming staff were ,so friendly and helpful. I love the accommodation and surroundings . Beautiful see view we had and beautiful sunrise . Restaurant staff were very accommodating but specially head girl Leah Joseph Are room was nice size and clean ,tea coffee and fresh water was provided daily . Entertainment was very good
    I was not impressed with the menu, every day it was almost the same food . Breakfast was disappointing, Menu definitely needs improvement, more choice of food
