Staff was very friendly. THe breakfast was not a buffet but we were given the option of a few "sets". The breakfast portion was sufficient. Due to proximity to monkey forest, sometimes there would be monkeys roaming outside and they would come onto the balcony.

There was poor drainage in the shower. There was still a puddle covering around 80% of the shower floor after we showered at night and woke up the next day. The safe was confusing to operate as well.

It was in an excellent location.

The pool was great. Adjoining rooms. The yoga was in a beautiful location and one of my most memorable activities on my trip.

There wasnt much variety for the included breakfast and our children wouldnt eat any of the options except for the bakery basket.

Everything was amazing, Dewi at reception and all the staff were so nice and helpful , the food was good , breakfast was nice, the room was clean and the best accomadation and reasonable , I will definetly come back again and I cannot wait

The hotel was amazing but what made our stay was the hospitality and kindness of the staff, they went above and beyond to make our stay there enjoyable. The room is spacious and comfortable, the pool and bar are great and there are many bars and restaurant close by.
