    It was the best hotel out of 4 that we stayed in during our 10 day holiday.
    The rooms were a good size, very clean and well-maintained. Even though I didn't use the pool, it looked super welcoming and for families with kids, rest assured there is always a lifeguard on duty at the pool. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything you want to see and/or need in Ao Nang.
    There's absolutely nothing that I didn't like about this place.

    Good hotel to stay close to the beach
    Really liked the location. Very easy to get anywhere from there. The pool was nice and the staff super helpful. It is a family friendly hotel. And the rooms were clean and had a sofa.
    Breakfast had a lot of choice but I personally didn't like the food that much.

    kids oriented hotel, but requires to bump up the quality of service.
    great facilities especially the pools. kids club was fun my daughter had so much fun. location is nearby to many restaurants, money exchange, aonang beach is 8 mins walk.
    1) Room isn't clean, floors are sticky and need to ask them to mop. 2) Heater tripped very easily, asked at least 4 times for them to fix it. 3) TV not working, safe not working, until we asked to fix it. where's the quality check? 4) kids club requires adult to be around. otherwise requires to pay fee of 300baht per hour.

    Arguably the best budget stay in Krabi
    Comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet. Most rooms with view to the forest behind. Great location. Amazing staff. Great tours agent for island trips, rentalsNice pool facilities for young kids with separate pool with bar.
    The building is relatively old. The wi-fi connection was sometimes unstable.

    Chilling in a spa bath on the balcony
    The greatest things about the hotel are the location (10 ~ 15 min walk to Ao Nang Beach), facilities (A nice pool and poolbar for the adults and a pool with slides for children) and the breakfast. The room is also good but it is very much in line with what we have already experienced with a lot of hotels. However I do have to highlight the shower and spa bath on our balcony. They had great pressure and temperature which is often not a given with some hotels in Thailand. By the way the spa bath with the view from the balcony is a really big highlight and I wish more hotels would offer such an option.

    I am not sure if there is much that I can touch upon that I feel is specifically negative for this hotel and its facilities or rooms. The gym could use a little bit of an update. Maybe add a rack of dumbbells and weights. Fix some of the gym equipment. This is probably going to be a big ask but maybe a bit more ventilation and cooling in the hallways would be nice. Because as soon as you step out of the room to try and go to the breakfast or outside you are just hit with a heavy warm moist air. Which I feel could be remedied with a bit of AC in the hallways. While the breakfast is actually pretty good and they do already offer a reasonable amount of options. It would be nice to have a bit more options for your bread slices. This is something that is very common for hotels in Thailand anyway. They often only offer some jam spreads. It would be great if they would offer some sliced meats or salmon like they often do in Europe or America. Maybe some peanut butter and chocolate spreads.

    Pleasant stay, friendly staff, good location
    This is a nice enough hotel, but its not a 4 star. Our room was nice enough but had some quite obvious issues such as robes with huge holes in them, not entirely clean, bit dated etc. For the money I think it's fine, but should loose the 4 star mark. Breakfast is okay, a few choices. Staff very friendly and sweet. Good location, just 10 mins from main action.
    Improving some small details could improve the experience for sure.

    Beautiful hotel, clean and affordable however the breakfast didnt reach the standards
    The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, cleaning service everyday, the property is good, great location near 7/11, bike rental nearby as well
    The jacuzzi in room was broken, they have to work better on the breakfast, we tried it once, it was not within the standard of hotel, the hotel provide beautiful services except the breakfast

    The hotel was a lovely design, lovely decor. Bright airy and clean. The swimming pool areas were so nice, a restaurant and shop area and a very short walk to the beach, a few minutes.

    Wonderful stay at Apple A Day
    Our stay at Apple A Day was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and clean, had everything you'd need (including things like beach towels, flip flops, hair dryer, beach bag......). The beds were super comfy, the wi fi was great. The breakfast was excellent. The staff are all wonderful. The pool is also great. The location is very convenient - a lot of restaurants, massage salons, exchange offices etc. nearby, and the main touristy streets right around the corner, but still the hotel is not on those busiest streets so you can actually enjoy the peace and quiet at night. Great value for money, would recommend for sure
