    Ear plugs are a must for room 901
    Central location and ornate hotel with views of the lake. Friendly and helpful staff
    Stayed one night so it is quite likely that a less than desirableroom was allocated to us. There was a very loud hvac, cooling system noise from 6am till 9pm in room 901, advise anyone who wants a good night sleep to avoid this room.

    The Hotel is located most centrally in front of the lake and close to the Town centre and activities. The Staff are very professional and dedicated and go out of the way to ensure the guests are well looked after.

    Great property in a fantastic neighborhood, but needs to address lack of hot water!
    Loved the service, def 5 star level of attention. Beautiful property and loved the rooftop pool area. The rooms was spacious and large and had a kitchenette and lots of room to spread out.
    My room had no hot water. I loved the idea of having a large marble bath but I couldn't use it, the water was very tepid. Def need to address the ant situation as well, I seem to see quite a few in my suite.

    excellent position hotel wonderful staff amazing - but beds are firm and hard
    The Hotel is excellent beautiful and well cared for - position is wonderful a walk across to the road to the lake - breakfasts was unbelievable good - plus the service of the staff was excellent - Special the concierge Ms Lingh
    The bed where very hard and i had to go to the front desk and ask for a extra doona to lay on top off - very disappointing as there beds where rated very comfortable - NOT

    Perfect Hanoi Hotel
    This hotel is in the perfect location to walk Hanoi's Old Quarter. It's absolutely gorgeous, the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We loved our stay and highly recommend the Apricot.

    It was ok. Big hotel.
    The staff at the breakfast area is very poor. They are not attentive to your needs. Found other hotels in Hanoi to have much better staff and a better quality spread even though the price of the rooms was half. Their recommendations for tour companies is also average. Lake view rooms don't have a view of the lake you just see trees. Rooms are small.
