    It was our 34 th Anniversary and a perfect trip.
    I loved the jacuzzi and the fireplace. It was the nicest hotel we have stayed at. Will definitely be back. We also loved Bill singing at the fire pit.

    Great hotel. Everything from the rooms, location, breakfast, entertainment, and amenities was excellent, it was our 2nd stay and will not be our last when staying near the island and heart of pigeon forge.
    Only minor thing was the location to get breakfast hard to walk across the traffic and even harder to find parking if we drive.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Arbors
    Staff was excellent and immediately responsive to our needs Room was very clean and comfy Carpeted floor would be more pleasing but that is just my personal oreference
    Keurig broken on arrival and dead batteries in TV remote and no USB plug for clock radio alarm and bathtub stopper plug broken...however once reported all these issues were fixed immediately by the super efficient and friendly staff.

    Loved the location and the staff! The room was nice and comfy. Loved the fireplace!
    The bathtub was pretty slick and the microwave was making loud and kind of scary noises when heating up leftovers.
