We really liked te service.

The price is to high for this kind of standards.. In the same price we had totalny diferent conditions. It was noisy and the description saying something different... You heard literally everything from the street!!!

Before the trip, I extensively researched hotels and their reviews, fearing a gap between expectation and reality. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations and won my heart! - Excellent service: The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. - Cleanliness is impeccable with daily cleaning, towel changes, and an evening bed service. Additionally, they go the extra mile by adjusting the evening lighting in the room and turning on mosquito repellent. - Convenient location: Centrally located in Ubud, near a supermarket and restaurants, yet away from the road. Easy access for walking or calling a taxi. - Daily evening tea with dessert. - Two clean swimming pools with comfortable water. - Good water pressure and consistently hot water in the shower. - The room is equipped with everything you need (air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, tea, bathroom amenities, earplugs, etc.). - A large water cooler in the room - its so convenient that its hard not to appreciate it! - No insects or unpleasant odors. We stayed in Superior Double Room number 4 on the second floor for 12 nights. This building has only four rooms closer to the road (two rooms on the first floor and two on the second), opposite its own swimming pool. A little further from the road, there are four separate villas and a second swimming pool. During our stay, the entire building was empty, and we enjoyed the silence and beautiful views from the second floor.

Absolutely nothing in the hotel. The only downside is that there may be slight noise from the neighboring hotel; there is live music on weekend evenings, but only until 23:00. The road noise was not strong and did not bother us in any way.

The location was amazing, within 5 minutes walking distance to a number of nice restaurants and bars. Slightly away from the main part of Ubud so avoided the noise. The staff were always friendly and happy to help us with anything

The air con unit was dated and you could only feel a breeze when stood next to the unit.

Overall its worth staying for leisure. The location is great and I love the greenery in the hotel. The swimming pool is 24 hours but off light at night. The staff is always nice and ready to respond to our requests. You can ask for laundry (wash and dry) with cheap price.

The door to the washroom cannot be fully closed and unavoidably bugs fly into the bedroom. But it is not a big deal because gecko can help eat them, and the hotel prepare anti-mosquito spray in the bedroom. If you are afraid of geckos, then better book the modern type of room.

Stayed at bungalows, spacious room, lovely terrace where they served us breakfast, very friendly staff

Although the stay was almost perfect, we lost an umbrella due a hole in the street and weve been charged for it 100000 rupiah +- 6 EUR, not for the money but for the action, beside that recommend it
