Lovely hotel in a great location right on the beach
Location right on the beach was perfect and very chilled.
Beach club had minimum spend of c2-5000 baht which was a waste for me as was often empty.
You should be allowed just to order a drink here

Amazing location on the beach, understand and cater for gluten free, decent size family room with big beds, nice pool bar with happy hour from 4pm, toys in the pool for the kids to play with, kids club great for up to age 5, sea was great for playing and swimming, sand was gorgeous, very friendly staff, good cocktails at the beach bar.
Could have a better kids program for children older than 5, there wasn't enough to entertain our 10 year old, nothing like the activity programs you would get in the European family holiday destinations to keep the kids occupied.

Fabulous staff and plenty of options to eat and drink. Great location on one of the best beaches around.
Pool access rooms were amazing!
Toilet didnt flush properly in one of our rooms.

Room was spacious and location was ok
Customer support; unhelpful and rude staff; poor room cleaning - no clean towels or shower gel etc; sheets rarely changed; breakfast absolute bedlam; lack of dining table and food for hotel capacity; lack of sunbed availability by pool unless you get up early and put towels on them, which I wasnt prepared to do on holiday. Manager gave me a plastic mat and told us to go and lie on beach- Im nearly 70! no hotel sunbeds on beach either.

It's okay, but not for that money. For a couple of days, nothing more.
You can see that everything is being cleaned.
Breakfast is so-so.
During the massage, the masseurs communicate and talk on the phone. Massage is bad, I don't recommend it. There was also a discount on the first massage in their application, but for some reason they did not take it into account when leaving.
Old room needs renovation
