Superb

A Beautiful Christmas experience

1.The resort is beautiful and well maintained 2. It's located near a lot of food places and it's not far from the airport. 3. The rooms are spacious 4. The staff were welcoming

1. They have microwaves but you have to purchase by the day. 2. The Lobby grill restaurant was pricey which was fine but the quality of the food didn't equate to the price, 3. The laundry facility had 1 washer and 1 dryer that was outdoors.

Nothing it was the worst. They dont provide refunds either. Dont stay.

Pleasant

The room had some major updates that need to be fixed. Water leaking from the shower. Beds very uncomfortable along with pillows. Not the cleanest room.

Customer service was good, food good but pricey. We didnt move because it was hard enough getting up this room.

The pool & service was very nice.

Our room was on the ground floor with a Juliet balcony facing a brick wall. We specifically asked for a full balcony to sit out on & not ground floor. Room had a musty smell in one corner.

A friendly front desk staff

As I check-in in my room I checked the curtains a lot of blood stained pound blueberry bed bug bring one live bed bug at first he front desk wrap in a tissue and plastic and request a new room even I pay upgrade I cannot warm up my coffee because theres no microwave. The night before check-out I called and text for assistance and get a ride golf cart ride to the lobby and give a time for pick up no show the following morning I called the front desk at 6:30 am they said in 10 minutes but no show I called again so I went down to wait the ride even Im having a difficult because I have oxygen golf cart show up at 7:15 so terrible and annoying expensive not worth it

I loved the grounds. It was clean and well manicured.

There aren't any security patrolling the property.
