Highly recommended hotel

This hotel is so beautiful (and not overpriced). The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious (according to NYC standards) and very clean. House keeping did an amazing job and we loved their small gestures. The gym was really clean and had everything we needed. Just minutes from the hotel you can find the 9/11 museum, the Charging Bull, the World Trade Center... We loved our stay here and we will return!

Good hotel in the Financial District

Good location very near public transport and there are a lot of little stores in the area. At night the area is pretty quiet and dead. Very quick walk to World Trade Center area.

Overall it was fine. Only 2 elevators so sometimes you had to wait a bit, but never that long. Check in was at 3 and there was no early check in, but that's fine. They stored the luggage with no issue

Concierge who took bags and helped us find place was excellent! He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff was so nice and inviting also helped with subway suggestions.

We did kinda miss out on the views. We stayed in the 12th floor all we could see was the building across from us.

Stay here and dont forget to go upstairs to Hide!

The hotel is small and intimate with a very friendly staff that were great at giving suggestions on where to eat. Felt very secure as you had to use your keycard to access the elevator to your room and the staff had to give you access to the Hide restaurant. The room was spacious with luxurious linens and great water pressure in the shower that boasts of a Grohe shower head and hand-held body spray. The location was steps away from so many fun places to eat, two blocks from the underground mall and World Trade Center. Battery Park was a great walk as well as seeing Trinity Church and the famous bull on Broadway. We were there for the soft opening of Hide the 20th and 21st floor restaurant - beautifully decorated with a very attentive staff. The lobster rolls are a must try!

The pictures on the website showed big windows - our room had two very small windows. That was the only disappointment for the room. We would have liked to visit Hide again but the soft opening was Saturday night and they were closed Sunday and Monday - Tuesday they were opened until 11pm but unfortunately by the time we got back from a play they were closing.

It was pleasant and wonderful stay

The localization. Its nearest of twin towers, subway and others famous place such as wall street and boat to statue of liberty

The obligatory tax of 13,95 dollars by day for water, snacks of welcome, tablet and others. I consume just water and snacks. Very expensive for me.

Great hotel and location!

The staff is amazing! So helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable.

At night, there was this low vibrating music beat it could have been a club/bar near by. It was hard to tell if it was coming from in the hotel or outside.
