    This hotel in Munich is highly recommended for its perfect location near the center, wonderful staff, and nice rooms. Guests appreciated the cleanliness, silence, and proximity to public transportati (Read More)on. The service was excellent with fast check-in and check-out, and friendly staff, including Sasha who spoke the reviewer's mother language. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. Guests also praised the free coffee and tea, as well as the availability of electric scooters for easy transportation. Overall, a great experience and would stay again.

    Mold on the shower floor I didn't ask for another room because I was too tired. Because of the strong wind exterior window shades were banging against the wall too loud in the night but hotel provided ear plugs

    Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive to your needs. Close to U-bahn station for easy access around Munich. Have stayed here 3 times and would definitely stay here again .

    I will definitely stay here again!
    Wonderful location, especially if you need to go to Messe, change between U lines is super easy. Room was nice, I would expect free water everyday, but it was served only for one time. Breakfast was satisfying. Room was extremely clean, I could walk with bare feet (normally I dont). Free coffee/tea 24/7 that was perfect. Staff was friendly.
    Room did not have a proper desk. I did not have to work so it wasnt a matter for me, but for people who wants to work in the room will be disappointed. Air condition wasnt heating although it worked, maybe that was my inability, and I was lazy to ask help from staff

    Superb city hotel for a fair price
    This is a superb city hotel, only 3 metro stations from the city center, with its underground garage, which we found very useful because we were there during the snow storm and you dont want to have your car outside during something like this. Rooms were small but fully functional with spacious bathrooms (perfect water pressure even on a higher floor). Our rooms faced the inner courtyard and were very quiet. Breakfast is superb (smoked salmon included) and you can have coffee/tea/hot chocolate anytime during the day, which is a very nice touch.
    Beds were not the widest ones, but that is just a personal preference.

    The room is tidy and comfy. Lobby and thebar are nice to stay and have breakfast. The receptionist Sasha is the best helped me a lot with some local questions
    The night receptionist is rude, refused to check me in like there are no rooms available, only after booking interventiins this person magically found an avalable room. Such peoole should clean streets not greet guests. The only reason why the hotel graded low
