    Not far from town centre, good value for money, hosts very friendly and room was clean and tidy with nice comfortable bed.

    Luxury room relaxing stay
    We chose the property as it offered a downstairs room which was perfect for us . Large spacious room with a lovely comfortable four poster bed . We needed to relax and this place was just right. Ash button house has been decorated to a very high standard giving the property an opulent feel. Hosts were very welcoming. There was complimentary toiletries in the room also tea coffee and biscuits. There were also bottles of water and fresh milk available in a fridge in reception if you needed it. Breakfast was more than we expected. A wide choice of cereals, fruit, juice, full English and specials on the board. Vegetarian option available too. Breakfast was hot and tasty and we tried most of the menu over our 3 day stay. Weve been to Scarborough before but always booked apartments, this time we wanted a bit of luxury and we found it.

    Very welcoming. Owner's...... Cosy room..nice and warm..... I can honestly say it's the best B&B i have stayed in... In Scarborough. Breakfast was lovely.. Realy enjoyed my stay. Definitely will be going back......
    Nothing. Its under the bridge. I was on foot. But wasn't a problem for me.. At all.... Parking on site if your driving.... Short walk from the station.....Down hill......
