A View To Die For
The hotel is in a stunning location with an equally stunning view from our room. We were surprised and delighted to be given a room upgrade after we arrived a day later than planned because of a flight cancellation. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Great choice of food on the breakfast menu. Can't praise the hotel highly enough.

Enjoyable stay!
The location is excellent, no need to queue for scenary pictures, very easy to get everywhere. Beautiful ocean and Caldera view within hotel itself. The room is very clean.
The bed was too soft for us. We prefer a more supportive or firm bed, don't like the sinking mattress.

Beautiful location and property.
The air conditioning went out but it was fixed the next day. They gave us a bottle of champagne and treated our room with rose pedals.

Amazing place!
Stunning property, it was so clean with gorgeous decor. And those views are what made me want to book, absolutely amazing! We booked the honeymoon suite and were luckily upgraded to the room with a private pool for our last night, and wow, it was insane. Both rooms were 10/10 - honeymoon suite was a little more private. Our breakfast was brought to the room every morning and it was probably the best hotel breakfast weve ever had! Cannot fault this place.
