    Friendly staff, free upgrade to poolside room and free Trans Garden ticket (only 2 mins walk)
    Pillow was dirty but the staff very helpful to directly change to new one.

    Comfortable 4 Star Hotel
    Nice and quite. The breakfast spread is good and constantly being top up. The hotel room is comfortable in its class. The pool is a nice place to chill out and have a swim. Had attended the New year eve dinner gala and the food is good. Value for money. Will definitely recommend and return if visit TP.

    Food pricing and quality exceeded expectations (Room Service). Quite a big menu for Room Service, mixture of pizza and rice dishes which was good.
    Breakfast offerings was average. Went for breakfast at 9am on our 2nd day but was told eggs sold out (finished) at the eggs station, only a few tables were occupied.

    I booked an deluxe superior and I was expected the room is wow as shown in the picture To my surprise the condition of the room is horrible. The room was so smelly, the carpet was dirty, the toilet is dirty too, the towel is dry and yellowish
